Soccer Seeds Training Policy — Summer 2 & Fall 2026 Soccer Seeds provides training built on repetition, awareness, and game-based learning. These policies help sessions run smoothly and fairly. Program Structure Soccer Seeds offers Foundations, Growth, Select, and 1:1 & Semi-Private training. New players must complete the placement form at soccerseeds.net/contactus before booking. We respond within 48 hours and may invite the player to an evaluation class. Group placement may be adjusted to maintain training quality. Summer 2 Terms Summer 2 runs August 5–September 1, 2026. The Full Block includes four eligible 90-minute group sessions and is valid for five weeks from purchase. Credits apply only to eligible Summer 2 classes and do not carry into fall. Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the first session. No refunds are available after the first session. Medical exceptions are considered case-by-case. Missed sessions may be made up in another eligible Summer 2 class while the pass remains active. Fall Programs Fall begins immediately after Summer 2 and returns to one-hour technical training. Fall package dates and expiration follow each plan’s description. Booking All sessions must be booked through the Soccer Seeds system. Purchasing a package does not reserve sessions; parents must log in and book. Cancellation Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations, missed sessions, and no-shows forfeit the credit. Package refunds follow the plan’s terms. If Soccer Seeds cancels, the session will be rescheduled or credited. Roster Management Soccer Seeds may adjust group structure or release a player’s spot after three consecutive unexcused absences. We will communicate with families first. Code of Conduct Players should arrive on time in appropriate footwear and shin guards, ready to train. Parents should remain quiet during sessions. Sideline coaching, criticism, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Health & Safety Parents are responsible for ensuring players are medically cleared. Notify us in writing of allergies, medical conditions, or limitations before the first session. Photos & Video Soccer Seeds may use training photos and video for promotional purposes. Players are not identified by name without permission. Email info@soccerseeds.net to opt out. Philosophy Repetition builds perception. Perception creates speed. We help players become confident, intelligent decision-makers who understand the game.
