Meet Coach Mustafa

Mustafa helps young players understand the game and develop the confidence to make their own decisions. His coaching connects technique with awareness: where to look, how to recognize space, and what to do before the ball arrives.

His love for soccer began in Morocco, where he joined the Wydad Fez Academy at age 12. After moving to the United States, Mustafa first refereed professionally before beginning his coaching career at PA Rush in 2010. He served as Girls Director and 7v7 Director, coaching boys’ and girls’ teams at state, regional, and national levels.

Mustafa founded Soccer Seeds to give players focused attention and a deeper understanding of their development. Every repetition has a purpose. A first touch creates space. A glance over the shoulder reveals an option. The timing and weight of a pass help a teammate succeed.

Through individual coaching and small groups, he helps players recognize these details, understand why they matter, and apply them under pressure. Players are encouraged to ask questions, learn from mistakes, and take ownership of their progress.

His goal is to develop thoughtful, confident players who carry their understanding—and their love of soccer—into every game.
