Cancellation Policy

Soccer Seeds Training Policy Programs & placement We offer Foundations, Growth, Select, individual training, and clinics. New players must complete the placement form at soccerseeds.net/contactus before booking. We respond within 48 hours and may offer an evaluation. Placement may change to maintain training quality. Booking & payment Every player needs a booking and payment or an eligible package credit. Buying a package does not reserve sessions; parents must log in and book. Package eligibility, dates, expiration, and refund terms follow the plan purchased. Cancellations & credits Cancel through your Soccer Seeds account at least 24 hours before the session. Appointment rescheduling also requires 24 hours' notice and is subject to availability. For an on-time cancellation, an eligible package credit is returned to the original package, subject to its expiration. An individually paid session receives a training credit for the amount paid. Email info@soccerseeds.net to arrange use of a payment credit. Cancellations within 24 hours, missed sessions, and no-shows forfeit the payment or package credit. Notify us by email if online cancellation is unavailable. On-time cancellations receive credit rather than a cash refund, unless the purchased plan's terms provide otherwise. If Soccer Seeds cancels For coach or facility cancellations, we offer a replacement session or credit. If we cannot provide a replacement session, we refund the amount paid for the affected session. Program-specific terms Semi-private training and Private Pods have separate booking policies. Please read the policy and any package terms shown for the service you book. Roster & conduct After three consecutive unexcused absences, we may release a player's place after contacting the family. Arrive on time with appropriate footwear and shin guards. Parents should remain quiet during training. Sideline coaching, criticism, or disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund. Health & safety Parents must ensure players are medically cleared and notify us in writing of allergies, medical conditions, or limitations before training. Photos & video Promotional photos and video require separate, optional parent/guardian permission. No permission means no promotional use. Withdraw future permission at info@soccerseeds.net.
