Soccer Seeds Training & Booking Policy At Soccer Seeds, our programs are designed to maintain structured, high-quality training environments where players can develop through repetition, awareness, and game-based learning. The following policies help ensure sessions run smoothly and fairly for all participants. Training Environment Players are expected to arrive on time and ready to train, wearing appropriate soccer footwear and shin guards when required. Soccer Seeds maintains a focused and positive training atmosphere where effort, respect, and coach instruction are essential. Program Structure Soccer Seeds offers multiple training environments including Seeds 1:1, Seeds Growth, and Seeds Select. Group placement may be adjusted when necessary to maintain appropriate training levels and training quality. Booking Sessions All sessions must be booked through the Soccer Seeds booking system. Purchasing a package does not automatically reserve training sessions. Parents must log in and select the sessions their player plans to attend. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed sessions will result in the loss of that session credit. Session Credits & Package Expiration Training packages provide session credits that can be used to book available sessions. All training packages have expiration dates, and unused sessions must be used before the package expires. Roster Management To maintain the quality of training sessions, Soccer Seeds may adjust group structure or offer unused spots to other players when attendance is inconsistent.
